Sunday Night Drama Fun

Join us every Sunday afternoon in the Wesley Center! We will learn the basics of stage performance and the acting craft through fun, interactive games.  For children-youth at 5:00pm.

Multi-generational Plays

Grace’s drama program will perform multigenerational plays as well as adding dramatic performances to worship and Sunday School lessons.

Creative Arts Camp

Explore your God given talent during this week long camp for children. We will help your child find what they like best about being involved in a performance.  We will create a story, write a script, cast our play, build our set, costume our players and make or find props.  We also have technical and “background work” training for those who want to be involved, but not perform.  This fun week ends with a performance on Friday afternoon.  While this camp is for children, adult assistance is welcome and needed!

Guest Performances

We’re blessed to be able to offer special guest performances from time to time during the church year. We’ve hosted “Ballet Magnificat” Christian Dance Company for several of their incredible productions!

Return to Bethlehem

This outdoor presentation is a Biblical account of the night of Jesus birth. Grace UMC presents this as a gift to the community. Visitors travel with a guide back to a lifelike village where the sights, sounds and smells of Bethlehem help visitors understand and be a part of the night Jesus was born. This incredible experience is set in the field behind the Wesley Center. This is a great way for families to work together to bring the “Reason for the Season” to the forefront. With over 400 in the cast, and a steering committee of 20, this gift of love from the congregation of Grace UMC has impacted 52,821 visitors in the eleven years it’s been running! This program is offered every two years to the community. The next production will be December 2021. Contact Marianne Harlan, RTB DIrector for more information.
